Awesome product!!!!!!!

it's really simple to use. Compared to the traditional ice cream markers this one doesnt require ice and salt. It mixes the cream until it is stiff enough for freezing. The ice cream texture is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! very little air is blended in with the cream mixture. All in all there is just enough air that the machine allows for the smooth and creamy texture. It's truly worth the purchase. My kids and I love it!

Reason for Yobo's problem

The reason Yobo was having problems with the blades not turning, and his wife's frustration is that she poured the mix into the freezer container BEFORE turning the unit on. This causes the mix to freeze to the sides keeping the blades from truning. I have had one for over 10 years and my whole family loves it.

This will make blizzard consistency frozen desserts in the specified time; more solid consistency requires additional time in freezer.
The manual actually states Buffalo Blizzard maker; you can not expect it to make solid ice cream while it is churning as it would interfere with the churning action... the poor reviews that knock it for not making solid ice cream in the churn need to rethink their review.
